Do you do membership contracts?

At Fortress, we prioritise attendance driven by choice, not obligation. That’s why we don’t have membership contracts. You are free to end your membership anytime, just inform us, allowing us to offer the place to someone else.

Is the academy friendly?

Absolutely! At Fortress, our coaches and members form the ‘Fortress Family,’ known for our friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Whether you’re joining group classes, personal training, or private coaching, expect a warm greeting.

Are Group Classes Overcrowded?

No, our focus is on making you the best you can be. We avoid overcrowding to ensure excellent tuition. In busier classes, multiple coaches and Black Belts are available for assistance.

Is parking available?

Yes, while attending the academy free off-street parking is available in the adjacent car park (vehicles parked at owners risk). On-street parking is also available.

Can I just walk into the academy to have a look round?

For the privacy and safety of our members, entry is by appointment only. Unfortunately, walk-ins are not permitted.

Are Memberships Affordable?

While we don’t claim to be the cheapest, we take pride in offering unparalleled quality that works out at an average of £15 per week for our group classes. If you seek excellence in Martial Arts and Fitness, Fortress Academy is your ideal destination.
